Fortunate Wheel helps hosts create custom wheel-style games for classrooms, team training, meetings, parties, family game nights, youth groups, and events. You can start from a template, type your own phrases and clues, or use Pro tools to turn existing material into editable game items.

A strong first game usually has a clear title, short categories, phrases that fit comfortably on the board, and clues that help players think without giving away the answer.

Start on the game builder, choose a title, then add game items. Each item needs a phrase or answer, a category, a clue, and a difficulty level. Keep phrases short enough for players to read across the room or on a shared screen.

Pro creation tools can help create a first draft from pasted text, supported documents, website links, study guides, or training notes. Review generated items before hosting so the wording, clues, and difficulty fit your audience.

Signed-in users can return to saved games from the dashboard. Open a game to edit phrases, clues, categories, difficulty, teams, and hosting settings. If you start while signed out, your current work may be stored locally in that browser until you sign in or save it.

If a game does not look ready to host, check for blank phrases, missing clues, duplicate items, or overly long text.

Before launching, confirm that your game has complete items and that the team setup matches the group. During play, the host advances the round, spins the wheel, opens letter guessing, and moves to the next turn or game item.

If the wheel or letter board appears locked, read the status message on the host screen. It usually explains whether the host needs to spin, finish a spin result, choose a letter, or move to the next team.

Players should use the current join link or room code shown by the host. If a player cannot join, make sure the code is current, the room is open, the session has not ended, and the player is not reusing an old link from a previous game.

For the best player experience, ask players to enter a recognizable name and stay on the same device or browser during the session.

Use the same email address each time you sign in so your saved games and plan details stay connected to the right account. If you cannot access your dashboard, sign out and sign back in, then refresh the page.

If you forgot your password, use the password reset flow from the login page. Reset links may expire, so request a new link if the first one no longer works.

Paid plans unlock additional creation, saving, organization, and hosting features. Payments are handled by a payment provider, and subscription controls may appear in your account area when available.

For billing questions, contact support with the email address connected to your Fortunate Wheel account. Do not include full payment card details in a support message.

If something breaks, tell us what page you were on, what you clicked, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. For feature requests, describe the kind of game or hosting moment you are trying to support.
