Welcome to Fortunate Wheel. These Terms of Service describe the rules for using our website, app, games, and related services. By creating an account, using Fortunate Wheel, or purchasing a Pro plan, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use Fortunate Wheel.

You may use Fortunate Wheel if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you use Fortunate Wheel on behalf of a school, business, organization, or team, you confirm that you have permission to do so.

Fortunate Wheel is not intended for children to create accounts without appropriate parent, guardian, teacher, school, or organizational consent where required.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when needed.

Fortunate Wheel may offer Free and Pro plans.

Free plan features may include manual game creation and limited usage. Pro plan features may include additional game creation tools, unlimited saved games, unlimited teams, categories, document upload, website import, pasted-content import, and other advanced features.

Plan features may change over time. We will try to describe current plan features clearly in the app.

Paid subscriptions and payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the listed fees and any applicable taxes.

Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and payment details may be managed through your account settings or through the billing tools provided in the app.

Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable after a billing period begins.

You may enter, upload, paste, or import content to create games. This may include game titles, team names, phrases, clues, categories, documents, website links, or other materials.

You are responsible for the content you provide and for making sure you have the rights or permission to use it.

You should not upload or enter content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, misleading, or violates someone else's rights.

Fortunate Wheel may use AI-assisted tools to help generate ready-to-edit game drafts from content you provide.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require editing. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated game items before using them.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated game content will be error-free, complete, or appropriate for every audience.

Pro features may allow you to import content from websites or documents. Some websites, files, or sources may not work if content cannot be accessed, read, or converted.

You agree not to use import features to violate copyright, bypass access controls, scrape prohibited content, or use content you do not have permission to use.

You agree not to:

• Use Fortunate Wheel for illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
• Upload malware or harmful code.
• Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
• Try to access another user's account or data.
• Use the service to infringe intellectual property rights.
• Misuse AI or import features.
• Use the service in a way that harms the app, other users, or third-party services.

Fortunate Wheel, including the app design, branding, software, and related materials, is owned by Fortunate Wheel or its licensors.

You retain ownership of content you create or provide, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

By entering, uploading, or importing content, you give Fortunate Wheel permission to host, process, display, save, and use that content as needed to provide the app's features.

This includes generating game drafts, saving games, displaying games, and supporting gameplay.

Fortunate Wheel may rely on third-party services, such as hosting providers, database providers, payment processors, AI providers, file parsing tools, website import tools, and analytics tools.

Your use of Fortunate Wheel may also be subject to those third-party services' terms and policies.

We try to keep Fortunate Wheel available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Features may change, break, be limited, or be discontinued.

Fortunate Wheel is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fortunate Wheel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for the app or other users, or if required by law.

You may stop using Fortunate Wheel at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will try to provide notice through the app, website, or email.

Your continued use of Fortunate Wheel after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
