Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you use Fortunate Wheel, including the website, app, game builder, live hosting features, templates, imports, account tools, and related services.

By using Fortunate Wheel, creating an account, saving a game, joining a live session, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.

You may use Fortunate Wheel if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you use Fortunate Wheel for a school, organization, business, event, church, team, or family group, you are responsible for making sure your use fits that group's rules and requirements.

Children should not create accounts unless permitted by a parent, guardian, teacher, school, or organization where required. Hosts are responsible for deciding whether the app is appropriate for their players and setting expectations for the group.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping your login details secure, and activity that happens under your account.

Tell us through the contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may create, save, upload, paste, import, generate, edit, display, and host game content. This can include titles, phrases, clues, categories, team names, player names, documents, website links, prompts, and live-session activity.

You are responsible for the content you provide and for making sure you have the rights or permission to use it. Do not add content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, misleading, private without permission, or inappropriate for your intended players.

You keep ownership of content you create or provide. You give Fortunate Wheel permission to host, process, store, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to provide the app's features.

This permission lets us save games, show boards, support live sessions, process imports, generate editable game drafts, provide support, maintain security, and improve the service.

Fortunate Wheel may offer tools that help create editable game drafts from pasted text, supported documents, website links, or other materials. Generated items can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific audience.

Review all generated phrases, clues, categories, and difficulty levels before saving or hosting. Do not use import tools to access content you are not allowed to use or to bypass access controls.

Hosts are responsible for running their games, choosing what information players are asked to enter, managing room access, and deciding whether a game is appropriate for their group.

Players should follow the host's instructions, use appropriate names and guesses, and avoid disrupting a live session. Fortunate Wheel may limit or reject activity that appears abusive, unsafe, or harmful to the service.

You agree not to:

• Use Fortunate Wheel for illegal, harmful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive purposes.
• Upload malware, harmful code, or content designed to disrupt the service.
• Try to access another user's account, games, live sessions, or private information without permission.
• Reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with the app or its service providers.
• Use the app to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Misrepresent your identity, payment status, affiliation, or ownership of content.

Fortunate Wheel may offer free and paid plans. Paid features may include additional saved games, import tools, categories, teams, templates, live hosting tools, or other features described in the app.

Payments are handled by a payment provider. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the listed fees and applicable taxes. Subscription renewal, cancellation, and billing controls may be available through your account or payment portal.

Unless required by law or stated at checkout, fees are not refundable after a billing period begins.

Fortunate Wheel owns or licenses the app, software, interface, branding, templates, documentation, and related product materials. These Terms do not give you ownership of Fortunate Wheel's product or brand.

You may use Fortunate Wheel only as allowed by these Terms and the app's intended features.

Fortunate Wheel may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, databases, payments, AI-assisted features, document processing, website imports, analytics, error monitoring, and support operations.

Your use of those connected features may also be subject to the third-party provider's terms and policies.

We work to keep Fortunate Wheel useful and available, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, limited, or unavailable at times. Features may be added, updated, removed, or limited as the product evolves.

Fortunate Wheel is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose, audience, classroom, workplace, or event.

Hosts are responsible for reviewing game content, choosing appropriate use cases, and following any rules that apply to their school, organization, workplace, or group.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fortunate Wheel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or unavailable service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay required fees, misuse live sessions, or if we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using Fortunate Wheel at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will try to provide notice through the website, app, or email. Your continued use of Fortunate Wheel after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
